Pray for Macedonia (FYROM)

Macedonia is just over 20 years old but the Macedonians are proud of their new country. The video above shows the spirit of Macedonian sport fans as they sing their national anthem. As you watch the above video try to envision someday a stadium filled with Macedonians giving praise to Jesus.

1)      Let us pray for the sport fans of Macedonia. How can they be reached for Jesus? Maybe the evangelical churches could reach the young people by sponsoring sporting events. God has a plan for reaching this sector of Macedonian culture, may evangelist and pastors seek it out.

Ezekiel 34:11 NKJV
[ God, the True Shepherd ] ‘For thus says the Lord GOD: “Indeed I Myself will search for My sheep and seek them out.

2)      Let us pray for evangelist for Macedonia. May they rise up with a burden for their country, their people.

3)      Let us pray for favor by the people and the government for the evangelical churches. In most Balkan countries evangelical churches are considered by the government and reported by the media to be cults.

Matthew 5:16 NKJV
Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven.

4)      Let us pray that the Macedonian churches would seek the Lord as to how they can do good works before the lost this year. Lord, put Your anointing upon them so they will shine before men. As others see those good works, may all the glory go to the Father.

5)      Let us pray for finances in the churches. May there be more than enough. First may a spirit of generosity rise up in the church members.  Second that the Christians would be blessed with jobs and creative ideas to serve and trade in the market place. May God’s people be blessed so the Kingdom can prosper.

Psalm 37:25 NKJV
I have been young, and now am old; Yet I have not seen the righteous forsaken, Nor his descendants begging bread.

Good News – The main power plant is being upgraded and jobs will be added.

MINA
“TPP Bitola” is the most important power plant in the country and provides more than three quarters of Macedonia's electricity needs. With the modernization, Bilfinger Berger is making a decisive contribution to the reduction of emissions at the power ...

6)      This is great news to see the power infrastructure being upgraded in Macedonia. Let us pray for the power of the Holy Spirit to go forth into the homes, factories and throughout the whole market place.

7)      Let us pray for revival in Macedonia. May the pure, un-slandered name of Jesus be proclaimed throughout the land.

John 12:32 KJV
And I, if I be lifted up from the earth, will draw all men unto me.
Please leave a Comment or Reaction so we will know you prayed.
